Morgan Devere Recruitment has been launched in response to conversations that we have been having with law firm owners throughout England and Wales.
As Strategic Consultants with Viv Williams Consultancy we have many years' experience providing strategic support to law firms, helping you to make key decisions to ensure continued success of your businesses.
Ultimately, the decisions and actions that you make will have an impact on your people and rely on having the correct team in place to deliver. With this in mind, we have launched Morgan Devere (MDV) Recruitment. This will enable us to match the right people resource to deliver the ambitious strategic plans that law firms have.
Between them, our Directors have over 100 years' experience operating at senior levels within and alongside law firms, with over 40 years providing resourcing solutions for professional services. We have the experience of managing businesses and have felt the pain and frustrations that many of you as business owners are feeling right now.
